I contacted you about purchasing a suitable Silver Crown Bridle for my horse with sensitive ears, I also sent a picture of my horses head. I received a phone call from a lovely helpful lady who advised me which headpiece and noseband to choose. I received the bridle the same week, put it on my horse, took a picture and sent it to yourselves. Received a phone call the following day to confirm I had fit it correctly. The bridle is beautiful and my horse seems very comfortable.
