Kensington lifetime replacement guarantee
In addition to the usual warranty to replace or repair any newly purchased product found to have a manufacturing defect, Kensington also offer that in the event the original purchaser of any Kensington product is dissatisfied with it for any reason, at any point in its life, they will replace it with the nearest equivalent new product for 50% of the U.S. recommended retail price, plus shipping. The original purchase must be registered with Kensington - a Warranty Registration card is enclosed with every new product.
To return your product for replacement
1) Contact Kensington’s Customer Service in the U.S. at 001 877 469 1240 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
2) Customer Service will help to determine the equivalent replacement product, and work out the replacement cost and shipping charges. Credit and debit card payments are accepted. (Please note that the customer may also have to pay any VAT and duty charges imposed by UK Customs).
3) Send the CLEANED product to Kensington at the address they will give you, with the Return Authorisation number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All useable returned products are donated to horse rescue organisations.
