Fenwick testers (Try before you buy)

We have 'tester' versions of Fenwick masks & ear bonnets that you can try out for fit and effectiveness before buying. Here's how it works:

Requesting a tester: All our Fenwick testers are listed in the drop-down box above: just select and order one via this page as you would a normal product. You pay the same price as for a new one; this acts as a deposit towards return of the tester.  If you decide to buy, return the tester and we'll send out the version of the product you want. If you decide not to buy, return the tester (with the packaging it came in please) and we'll refund the full amount paid less a £20 charge. Please note that the tester service is only available to UK-based customers.

Out of stock message: If messages in red appear saying "Delivered in 1-3 weeks" and "Will be on our next order...delivers in 1-3 weeks", it means in this case that the tester is currently out for use by someone else.  (If you contact us we can give you an estimate of when we expect it back). 

Prompt return in good condition: Please return testers within 2 weeks and in good condition so they are available to others. As with a bit bank, if testers aren't returned within a month or are seriously damaged, we will not accept their return and will retain the full amount paid.

When returning masks with velcro straps, please ensure the straps are attached, as loose velcro can damage the fabric
